EVERY CLUB MUST PROVIDE A VOLUNTEER FOR AT LEAST ONE JOB SLOT PER PARTICIPATING VAULTER. If you select a job slot with a short timespan, please select a second one. Parents are the preferred workers. Some jobs will not be available to anyone under 18 years old. Job slots may not be broken up or shared by more than a single volunteer unless permission is specifically granted by Robin Bowman.
NEW - After the Order of Go is posted, all participants can sign up for their jobs at http://vaulting.swcp.org -->Nationals -->"Sign up for required jobs here". You will get a confirmation email right away and a reminder before the event. Any jobs not filled by July 30 will be assigned to those clubs which have not filled their job quotas.
NEW - All workers/volunteers entering the competition arena (clerks, timers, gate managers, gate assistants, announcers, music staff, runners, day managers, etc.) should be attired in a blue (any blue including navy blue) jacket or white shirt and blue or kakai/tan/grey pants or skirt. T-shirts, any shirts with large logos, large prints, jeans, baggy pants, shorts will not be welcome.
