How to Get There

So you have decided to attend Nationals 2010, here is what you need to know: The competition will be held at the Earl Warren Showgrounds, 3400 Calle Real, Santa Barbara, CA 93105-3285. http://www.earlwarren.com/

The nearest AIRPORTS are:

  • Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) -- approximately 7.8 miles from the Earl Warren Showgrounds. It is served by a variety of airlines, with non-stop service from Denver, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, San Jose, and Seattle.
  • Burbank Airport (BUR) -- approximately 97 miles southeast of the facility
  • Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) approximately 103 miles south
DRIVING Directions:
  • From the South -- Head north on Highway 101. Pass Los Angeles, Ventura and Carpinteria. Go through most of Santa Barbara. Exit #100 Las Posidas Road. This will put you on Calle Real.
  • From the North -- Head south on Highway 101. Pass San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria and Los Olivos. Exit #100 Las Posidas Road. This will put you on Calle Real.
  • NOTE: The Earl Warren Showgrounds are right on Highway 101 and that road can get quite congested around commute times. Please allow plenty of time for driving.
There's always the TRAIN
  • Take the kids on a train trip to DisneyLand or other destination on Amtrak.

  • There is a bus system to take you around town. For routes visit www.sbmtd.gov.
