North American Young Riders Championships
Adequan FEI North American Young Riders Championships presented by Gotham North
This is an exhibition event held under modified FEI rules. Open to vaulters from North America. Individual and Pas-de-Deux events offered. No team events. Details to be forthcoming.
Requirements for vaulters.
- All vaulters must be registered with the FEI. To register go to: http://www.usef.org/documents/international/2009FEIRiderReg.pdf
- All USA vaulters in the individual or Pas de Deux 2* event must possess a silver or gold medal.
- All USA vaulters in the Individual 1* event must possess a bronze medal.
Requirements for horses.
- All horses competing in an FEI event must register with the FEI. All American horses must be recorded with the USEF. Forms are available at: http://www.usef.org/documents/membership/2009HorseApplication.pdf
- All foreign horses competing in an FEI event must have a passport. All USA horses may possess a National Passport or an FEI passport. The passport may take several months to complete and must have proof of required vaccinations and be signed by your veterinarian.
